5 Ingredient Friday
6 pork chops
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 can pineapple rings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Mix brown sugar, ketchup and pineapple juice. Put pineapples on top of pork chops. Pour juice mixture on pork chops and cook another 15 minutes.

These sound so easy and tasty - I always find it hard to keep pork chops moist in the oven. I'll have to try your temp setting and 40 min cook time and see if it helps. Thanks for sharing!
