It Was A First and He Loved It!!

Saturday night we decided that Logan was probably big & strong enough to sit up in the bathtub on his own. We laid a towel on the bottom of the tub to prevent him from slipping around too much. He had a blast!! It was by far the longest time he had stayed in the tub. He loved the fact that he could splash the water. And splash he did - Mike & I were both soaked. We put some of the bath toys in with him but he could have cared less, all he wanted to do was SPLASH! He stayed in there for at least 30 minutes and it could have been a lot longer. When Mike took him out Logan instantly became unhappy. He wanted to stay in there, he didn't even care that the water was getting cold. I think tomorrow night we'll start the bath a little earlier so he can spend some more time in there. I'm so glad that he enjoys the tub, I can't wait until it warms up outside so he can go in the hot tub with us.
He also had a couple other firsts this weekend - Saturday we went and had breakfast at Denny's where Logan had some pancakes. He also tasted ice water with lemon for the first time. Then on Sunday we ran over to Woodinville and stopped and had lunch at Wendy's, Logan had his first taste of a Frosty. His facial expressions were so funny - I really need to remember to take my camera everywhere that we go!
