Oh my goodness! How wonderful! Congratulations on an adorable baby boy! It seems like just yesterday my little one was born, alas..that was nine months ago. Like, VENTL8R said, take lots of pictures and notes because it goes so fast!

He's here, he's here!!! I'll wait as patiently as I can for pictures and the more details that have been promised. :)
Haircut. I'd totally give him something close to a buzz. Give the kid a sucker, or the promise of something that he really likes when the cut is finished... then go for it. Be prepared with something to cover him from falling hair (it's itchy), something to brush him off before getting into the tub (trust me) and then get him all washed up right away. While he's playing in the tub, give him his sucker. And then tell him how great his hair looks! OH CRAP emi's crying.
