What to do, what to do?
Tomorrow is my birthday! My parents volunteered to have Logan spend the night with them. That leaves Mike & I on our own. What the heck are we supposed to do? I'm sure we'll go out to dinner somewhere, other than that though I'm not sure. The first thing that popped into my head was hey, we could get some stuff done around the house that we normally can't with the munchkin here (like finally hanging up the pictures above our bed so I can finally take a picture of the wall that has now been painted for months). That and I can sleep in on Saturday! With no interruptions! Oh yeah!!

You're PREGNANT, aren't you!! ha ha, you know that's always going to be my first guess with a teaser like "BIG news!"
And... as far as what to do without Logan? I hardly know what to tell you! We haven'thft8p-o (oops, that's Emi) We haven't had an overnight to ourselves since our 2nd anniversary. And we went to a hotel for that. :) So racy, I know... :)

This is funny--I looked at my calendar and thought, "Oh! It's Tanya's birthday today! I hope she didn't blog about it being her birthday so she realizes that I remembered without a reminder..." And then I saw that your post said YESTERDAY that TODAY was your birthday and just couldn't figure out where my head was... for the life of me I thought you blogged that today was your anniversary ha ha ha I know my head's not totally screwed on, I just wish it weren't proven quite so often.
Have you figured out what you're going to do??
I'd write more, but Emily's howling in protest of being put down for a nap without nursing longer. She's BITING and it's PAINFUL. TMI, I know. But it explains the "short" comment (that's growing longer with each word of explanation). :D

That's funny...we all think you're pregnant and your big news is probably that Mike got a promotion or something.
Happy Birthday - was it only just a year ago that we went for lunch - wow, time flies. I would SO do an R rated movie - I still haven't seen The Kite Runner but then dinner out is great too.

Happy birthday, my dear! And whenever we get a night off, my list is looooooong of the things we want to do! This afternoon, my inlaws are taking the kids and we are going to see Juno!

My guys are at their dads for the four day weekend (MLK plus an inservice day) and we're enjoying the peace and quiet as well.
Movies, foods that they are too picky to eat, the DVDs that we want to watch, and Bryan has had unlimited access to the Wii.

I'm a bitlate to the party, but HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Or at least I hope your birthday was memorable. Of course, I'm shaking my head that you were ASKING FOR SUGGESTIONS about what you and Mike could do while Logan was away... Though I can't really blame ya - hubby and I have a way of using our alone time to run errands. Or nap. Or do housework. But then again, we're old and boring...
