Black Friday is Here!
Well, no shopping for me this morning. I have several reasons - I was t-i-r-e-d this morning, Logan got up 3 times last night, I did not find any deals that I had to have, and Logan has a horrible diaper rash - which translates to him being SUPER cranky.We had a great Thanksgiving spent with with some wonderful friends. We had our friends over along with their two kids for dinner. Everything turned out - I was so happy about that! We all ate way too much. When they went home we went over to our neighbor's house to have some more dessert and play some games. We laughed a lot and realized we need to get together more often! It is so nice to have such wonderful neighbors.
Mike had to go into work for a couple of hours today so I think Logan & I will be relaxing around the house. Hope you all have a great day!

We've had a cranky Scooter here, too... Really cranky. And I have no idea what is going on with the little guy. He had a full nap, he's been on a walk, he's rested, he's had some of Mama's Coke... I think he's starving, actually!! He only likes corn and stuffing out of all of the yummy things we had for Thanksgiving, and of course we're living off of leftovers for a little while... Daddy has him outside right now for a little while.
I'm taking a break from having sorted FOUR boxes and a HUGE bag of baby girl clothes--sizes ranging from NB to 4T!!! Believe me, we will NOT be needing clothes any time soon!!! And the clothes are so cute--it felt like I had a huge shopping expedition today without the crowds and waiting at the register. :) Tabitha bought $200 worth of stuff for $75! Crazy or not, that's some really good deal-hunting. :D
Poor little guy and his diaper rash! Bode was up most of the night, too. For what, I'm still trying to figure out! Here's for hoping you had a relaxing day!!

I'm sorry to hear about Logan's diaper rash. My girls always had very bad ones, so I know how it is for you.
I DID NOT go shopping today. You couldn't pay me to go shopping today. I would not step a foot inside the mall or Walmart if you threatened my life! LOL!!! I know... tell me how you really feel, right? LOL!!
I do my shopping after hubby gets his bonus which isn't until Dec 15th, so I'll be sitting patiently until then.
It sounds like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I agree with you that it's great to have good neighbors. I have some great neighbors too. We just got back from camping as you can read on my space.
I hope Logan's tush feels better soon!

sounds like a fun day was had by all - and that you even did a little Black Friday shopping - I went to Target in the afternoon as well and it wasn't any worse than a normal above-average busy day there.
There deals were good - ie. their Barbie house will be a good Xmas gift.
Anyways, hope all is going well. I'd like to head out to Ballard to go to Archie McPhee's - I'm doing a 7 deadly sins xmas gift for my birthmom and so for the sin - wrath or anger, I'm going to pick up a voodoo doll from there. Just not sure if I'm brave enough to figh the usual slow Ballard traffic.
