I am so sad to hear that. I am sure there will be more. Just like your mom said, it is only a matter of time. Keep the faith and you guys will always be in our hearts, especially this Holiday season. At least you don't have to shovel snow YET !!!!!!!!. We can always send you some of ours, we have lots. Nelson thinks it is pretty cool, being a Seattle dog, he wasn't quite sure what to expect with all this white stuff. Dakota takes him sledding on the sled. Not to sure if he likes it, but Dakota does. HAHAHAHAHA Kiss and hugs to Logie from Dakota. We love you guys. Aunt Gail
Oh, I'm sorry to hear this. Oronzo is going to be flying out of state for an interview the 2nd week in January. We have mixed feelings about whether or not we want him to get a job offer. Financially it'd be good for us, not to mention the job would be in the same city that 2 of my siblings live in (so I'd be close to my family, for a change). And yet, the hassle of selling a house that we've only had for a year and a half, moving to another state and finding a new house and a new job for me seems a bit daunting.
I think, overall, we hope he gets the job. Wish us luck.
What? Seriously? After all that effort on both parts? I'm really surprised. How are you both feeling about it? Are you ok w/ it or super disappointed?
I'm back on-line sporadically at my friend's place. Still not home yet. Maybe we can all hang out next week sometime when the power's back at my place and Holy's too. Glad you guys weren't out for very long.

p.s I love your xmas tree - it's that perfect xmas tree plumpness!
Well I am sorry to hear that he didn't get the job, this just means that God has a different plan in store for you guys. And when the time comes you will find out just why things are working out the way that they have.
God Bless You Guys! Mike no worries, a bigger better position that is more suited to the needs of your family will come along for you, You are a great guy with a wonderful family and there will be blessings upon you for that!
AHHHHHH! I guess that means you get to enjoy that still-new carpet for a while longer. :) And think of what kind of a pain in the bum it would be to MOVE.
Okay, so that didn't make you feel any better. I guess there are just some things that are beyond what you can improve the appearance of... (that is sounding funny--chalk it up to not sleeping, okay?)
I KNOW I still owe a full body shot!! My problem now is that I only fit into my clothes that have elastic over-the-belly waists and I look like a frumpy pregnant, swollen fat lady. :( I should have done this whole picture thing earlier! Maybe the haircut will give me a little gumption to ignore the other factors!
Oh no, I was so excited for you guys. I know it probably won't help, but we've tried to come to grips with the saying that 'all things happen for a reason'. I hope you guys can relax and have a lovely Christmas!
bum.mer news. I hope he won't give up and not try elsewhere - I can't believe that though after all those interviews and call backs.
But hang in there. Speaking of which, we still don't have power. Puget Sound Energy claims tomorrow but I think to myself, yeah right...I've heard that claim all week.
So we're at a hotel with heat, hot water and lights - luxuries in my books after 6 nights braving the cold dark house.
Anyhoo, hope we can hook up - maybe late December - hubby's parents will be here til the 27th so maybe the 29th or 30th?

I'm so sorry. Keeping my fingers crossed the other ND company wants him. Not that I want to see you leave...

Hi Tanya-
I am so sorry about the job - there comes a point where your really want to be with family.
I agree about NW drivers and snow/ice - I really didn't understand till I moved to Denver...
I'm sorry to hear the not-so-good news. Hugs.
