I can't believe you really lost power! I guess you KNEW it was bound to happen! I'm glad Mike made it to ND safely. Wishing him luck!
Oh my goodness! The power went out again?! Maybe you could just get used to it and be prepared?! :)
Glad Mike made it to ND alright. I hope his interview goes well and we will be thinking about you this weekend!

Well! You can relax about the job now!! All of the crazy stuff happened with the flight!!! :D Your jinx has been taken care of by the airlines. Mike'll be tired, but everybody'll be impressed, you'll get to move to ND, you'll be near family and everybody will live happily ever after!! :D
Tanya...
Laughing at the last line here. Only because of your past experiences can you say that late flights and lost power is 'falling into place'.
I do hope the interview goes swimmingly and that Mike gets the job. From Austin's comment, it would seem that you could move closer to family. And I am guessing that's a good thing?!
My good wishes are with you guys...

Ugh. Be careful what you wish for! At least the power outage was during the day. The winds are supposed to arrive here this afternoon, along with lots of rain/snow. Can't say I'm overjoyed.
You hafta post as soon as you hear from Mike. We're all waiting with bated breath.
Not sure what it was I did, but blogger has it in for me. But I guess I'm ok being 'anonymous.'
Have a great day!

Hiya, I'm Roxie in Portland, but I'm also a transplant from ND. I'm from Mandan and my husband is from Center (the center of nowhere! LOL) We just moved to the NW this past summer and we're still missing home. Can't buy lefse or kneophla here! Anyway, I hope your husband gets that job! I'm jealous!
