A Lllllapppp
Logan has begun doing one of the cutest things. If he gets hurt or is tired he'll come up to Mike or I and say, "A lap" - meaning he wants to sit on our lap. Almost every morning after we have breakfast he'll come over and say it to me. I love getting that extra snuggle time with him.He is beginning to try to blackmail us with it though. When we announce that it's time to go to bed he'll run over and say "a lap" thinking that he can then sit on the lap and he will not need to go to bed.

That is too cute. Lucky for us Charis hasn't tried getting out of bedtime yet, but I figure she will before too long. Charis doesn't ask to sit with us, she just climbs up and plants herself in our lap, no matter what we are doing. Maybe I should teach her to ask for a lap...hmmm. :) I love the things kids say sometimes. :)

Carl says "pick me" when he wants a hug or comfort or to get out of going to bed... I am taking full advantage of the loves I know they won't last!
What a coincidence - I tell hubby "a lllllaaap" all the time, and I feel instantly better. ;)
That's a great Logan photo. His cute and serene look is no doubt disceiving! Ha!
Sorry I've not been by to visit much. I've been spending much of my time going to and from med appointments, and any energy left over after those is generally devoted to keeping people fed and clothed and all that. Blech.
